County may cut funds to libraries

Huron County considers cutting revenue sharing funds to the Willard library from 14,150 to 11,005 next year amid a countywide potential 10,000 reduction for libraries. Officials note static tax base, rising needs, and Willard’s high circulation, with renewal of revenue sharing through 1980 uncertain. Further budget talks will occur as the 1980 budget is finalized.
