He lived in Norwalk since 1955, was a dairy farmer, and is survived by son Edward, six grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and many relatives. Lois Bladen Wakeman 101 died June 3 in Phoenix after living in Florence and Wakeman areas. survived by son Jane, five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and a husband listed as George. Greenwich To Lease Ambulance Amid Budget Hurdles

Juvenile Judge Jails Man for Child Support Contempt
Juvenile Judge Thomas Heydinger ordered Eldon P. Smith jailed in Huron County Jail for contempt of court over unpaid child support. Cynthia K. Justi, 21, was jailed on a failure to appear in Norwalk Municipal Court on speeding, bond set at $50. A Havana sheriff’s night patrol found a break in at The Havana and Omar Grain and Supply Co. with no items reported stolen.

Willard Annexation Referendum Question On Ballot
The city placed a measure to annex about 108 acres south of U S 224 on the November ballot. Huron County Board of Elections in Norwalk said the annexation proposal will appear on the Nov 8 ballot.
