Models Scare Pilot At Huron County Airport Runway
Denver pilot Carl Beck filed a complaint with the Sheriff noting two men using the airport runway with model planes 18 to 24 inches long. Beck said one model plane flew directly above his landing aircraft causing fear and risk of collision.
