The Norwalk Post says Whitker overshot a curve on U S 250, backed up, and struck the Robinson vehicle. Monroeville police arrested Stephen M. Kelley for driving under the influence on U S 20 near the east village, with a resisting arrest citation and a Mayor's Court appearance. Russell L. Howard, 27, of New Haven, was cited for changing lanes without caution after a motorcycle incident on U S 20 near Ohio 4 that caused a tractor trailer to veer onto the median. A southbound car hit a guardrail on Laylin Road. the driver was cited for excessive speed. Charles E. Andres, 15, of Midtown Manor, sustained no injuries in the half mile south of Ohio 61 accident.
