Beginning July 1 the Agricultural Extension Service and the Ohio Agricultural Experiment Station will offer foliar analysis for horticultural and field crops. Leaf samples help detect minor element deficiencies beyond soil tests and kits with instructions and mailing envelopes will be available. fees are 3.75 dollars for field crops and 5.00 dollars for horticultural crops with a special nitrogen test for the latter.
