The Reservoir Control Board plans resident supervision for the recreation area. The board aims to open by July 4 and install a 1500 foot fence, lifeguard stands, and a changing building while accepting lifeguard applications. Yes for swimming costs $5 annually per family for residents. nonresidents pay 50 cents per person per day. A $5 annual boat registration applies. Swimmers may use the reservoir only with a lifeguard on duty.
