Multiple traffic incidents cited for failure to yield and DUI
Police reported several weekday accidents and violations. Constance Frey, 17, backed from her driveway at 132 N West St and hit Clifford Brindley, 60, at 11 Second St. Lisa Leber, 18, 1 Garcia Drive, failed to yield at Benedict Ave and Garcia Drive after stopping for a Garcia Drive stop sign. A man faced two citations after hitting a pop machine at 187 Milan Ave. Robert Vick, 20, 6 Ontario St, drove with a suspended license and fled the scene after attempting to reach an air hose. Delbert Gilhousen, 12 J Exec Dr, was cited for DUI after getting stuck on a curb near Benedict Ave and LK Restaurant. officer notes he drove to get dinner. Juanita Balduff, 23, 49 Milan Ave, was cited for improper passing at 21 N Pleasant St after misjudging a right turn. Two semi drivers collided near US 224 and Ohio 61. William Swartwood was charged with failure to yield turning left against Larry Lengacher. no injuries.
