New London High School Grants 104 Diplomas in 85th Commencement
A capacity crowd witnessed 104 graduates receive diplomas at the 85th New London high school commencement. The Huron County Board of Education approved a $55,575 budget request with raises for Supt. Ralph Brown and five supervisors and secretaries. Two-car crash on East Main injures passenger
Robert A Spratt 77 of 67 Townsend cited for failure to stop after a two car collision on East Main Street at 2 18 p m. Joseph J Wygal 53 of 187 Scottwood Ave drove the other eastbound auto. Mrs Wygal treated for whip lash and released from Fisher Titus Hospital. A 15 year old boy cited to Erie County Juvenile Court after jumping from a Norwalk police cruiser during a stolen car investigation. Vandals damage Willard service station and mailbox. Vacation Bible schools announced at Willard area churches with sessions starting today.
