Health Board Votes 3000 Raise for Sparks Health Commissioner
The Huron County Health Board unanimously approved a contract for Dr. Howard Sparks to serve as health commissioner for three days a week at 15 000 annually with a 3 000 raise. He will receive mileage pay and 15 days vacation while starting July 1 1976 through June 30 1977. The board also renewed Flickinger Insurance at 625 with a 20 increase.
