Board hears testimony on Miss Hart dismissal at Findlay hearing
The hearing continues as school officials described Miss Hart’s hiring last August and the difficulties after she lost classroom control. Principal McDonald and superintendent Rubright testified that substitutes failed to stabilize her classes, leading to seven regular teachers taking over her workload. An education expert noted first year teachers face more discipline challenges, and the hearing, refereed by Roy L. Benson, may run through today at the County Administration building.
