Central National Bank of Cleveland faces a $1.06 million lawsuit in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court by Jean A. McKinney alleging fraud breach of contract libel and slander. She claims another woman withdrew $4 173.97 from her lost passbook on May 4 after the bank allegedly closed her account April 24. The bank says the matter is under investigation.
