Ohio Reformatory inmate James Loy filed a 500000 federal suit against the City of Cleveland and city officials alleging wounds from 1974 robbery attempt were caused by dum-dum bullets. Loy says bullets shattered and caused permanent partial paralysis and possible loss of right leg.

Columbia Gas May Cut Off City Industries on Nov 1
Columbia Gas of Ohio warned large industrial users in the Norwalk area may be refused natural gas starting November 1 as part of curtailment to conserve supplies.
