General Motors recalls 1.8 million 1978 intermediate cars and light trucks after 22 accidents and one death are linked to a faulty outer front wheel bearing lubrication that could cause loss of vehicle control.

Norwalk Considers Open Meetings Charter Change

Norwalk voters will decide next November whether to add a charter clause guaranteeing open meetings for all future administrations.
