Zoning Commission Rejects Plea in Norwalk Township Case
Norwalk Township zoning officials rejected a proposal by Councilman Dr. Russell R. Fisher to limit commercial zoning within 500 to 600 feet of U.S. 250 near the Mr. Wiggs Department Store site. The panel kept commercial zoning along 250 and surrounding areas, while permitting single mobile homes on permanent foundations and outlining plans to simplify the 51 page code. A second hearing will follow after revisions.
