Reading Circle Picnic and Club Notices

The Wakeman Riverside Reading Circle held its annual picnic at Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Canfield's home on Thursday. New member Mrs. Drew Browning joined, and officers for the fall club year were elected: Mrs. William Dalton president, Miss Eileen Conry vice president, and Mrs. Frank Spoler secretary-treasurer. Norwalk Area Christian Women's Club plans a July 11 luncheon at Home Savings and Loan community room at 12:30 p.m. with theme Bits 'n Pieces. Participants include Sue Eveslage and Ronn Koerper. reservations due July 6 with Mrs. Marcus Colling or Mrs J. F. Ernsthausen. A prayer coffee is set for July 9 at Mrs. Robert Gerken's home, inviting all area women.
