Former Norwalk resident Lillian Beeman Fish died June 10 in St. Petersburg Florida at age 87. Private graveside services were held at Woodlawn Cemetery after a long local life including church work with the Altar and Rosary Society, the LCBA, Golden Agers, and Eagles auxiliary. Surviving are her daughter Alma Shelley of Norwalk, four grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, one niece, a husband Louis (m 1952) and a son Ervin (d 1972) and sister Olive. Christian wake services were held at Kubach Smith Funeral Home with a funeral mass at St. Paul Catholic Church conducted by Rev. Robert Dendinger.
