75 Haven't Filed Taxes Prompt City Penalties Begin
Seventy five residents have not filed 1974 city income tax returns and will face penalties in Mayor's Court starting Monday. Finance Director Douglas Colvin said 99 have filed since a month ago when a notice was sent. A minimum $5 penalty applies to late filers even if no tax is due.
