Bellevue Man Cited For Rape In Motel Assault
Bellevue police arrested Frank Farina 24 of Bellevue Trailer Park for rape after a 16 year old girl's father reported a forcible attack at a local motel Saturday night. Farina was transferred to Huron County Jail Thursday with bond set at 5000 for Bellevue Municipal Court. He was spotted in an automobile on city streets Wednesday before arrest.
