Pleads Innocent To Break-In In Huron County Court
Eric Lewis 32 known as Eugene W. Morgen pleaded not guilty in Huron County Common Pleas Court to breaking and entering after a Medina County arrest Aug 7 following a high speed chase with a woman companion. Virginia Cotton 28 faces aiding and abetting charges. Lewis previously pled guilty in Medina County to carrying a concealed weapon and was jailed five months with credit. Detainer filed from Pennsylvania where he is wanted on larceny burglary and receiving stolen property charges. Lewis has a long record including multiple burglary arrests and a statutory rape charge.
