Colvin says apology should come from Norwalk friends not Norwalk Ohio
Former Norwalk city finance director Douglas Colvin writes to Lynette Martin of the American Bicentennial Historical Society denying he called Al Palladino a con man in 1976. He says any apology, if needed, belongs to Palladino’s hometown and not to Norwalk officials or residents. Palladino seeks $850,000 from the city for negligence, but court records show no case.
