Norwalk collisions lead to citations and injuries
A series of Thursday crashes in Norwalk left several drivers cited. Anthony Pusateri, 78, was cited for failing to yield after a left turn at East Main and Linwood, injuring no one and injuring another in a three vehicle collision at Newton and West League. Brian Boehler, 22, drove into Edmund Schaffer, 25, injuring Schaffer who was not treated, as Schaffer’s car hit Timman, 60, in line. Cheryl Harris, 23, was cited for failing to stay right after a wide Linwood Seminary turn, striking Eileen Mooney, 29, who claimed injury. Lawrence W. Hamilton, 18, was cited for driving under suspension after his car hit a tree on Townline Road and reported no injuries.

Break in at License Bureau and multiple vandalism reports
Police investigate a break in at the License Bureau on 9 W. Seminary with $9.95 in change stolen from a cab register behind the rear counter. An office lock was pried open and a hole in a front window was noted in a separate incident along with a pellet gun break in later. Additional reports include damaged tires on a Fanny Farmer vehicle, repeated vandalism to a Milan Avenue resident’s car, and a truck cab rear window broken with a pop bottle on Norwood Avenue.
