The property carries a $318 000 mortgage held by Brando relatives who threaten repossession when due in December 1975 if unpaid. Brando may gain a tax write off and will also give the group an Anaheim apartment complex and a Muncelein Illinois farm share. The county values the land at 112 000 though its future value could reach 500 000.
