Viet Cong Rejects Immediate Cease Fire at Vietnam Talks

Viet Cong negotiators in Paris rejected a quick cease-fire and vowed to continue fighting until objectives are met. Mardi Gras Holiday Shifts Focus for Shaw Jury on Porch
