Crash Kills 18-Year-Old Berlin Heights Girl
An 18-year-old Berlin Heights resident, Kay Lorainne Lightfoot, died in a Lorain traffic crash while riding with Paul E. Howard of Amherst. The car hit a street post at W Erie Street and Ohio 611 while heading west. Howard was treated for shock at St Joseph’s Hospital and the investigation continues. Lightfoot was a Berlin Heights High School graduate who worked as a cashier and was the daughter of Mr and Mrs W J Lightfoot.
