Ohio farmer convicted of writing over one million dollars in bad checks
Thomas Creachbaum, a 36 year old farmer from Circleville Ohio, was found guilty by a Pickaway County Common Pleas Court jury of writing more than 1 million dollars in bad checks. The judge deferred sentence and raised bond from 25000 to 50000 after the verdict. He admitted to passing checks to buy a 440 acre farm near Greenfield, and later writing insufficient funds checks for operating expenses.

Viet Cong Plot Foiled At Saigon Police HQ And Jet Runway
Saigon police said they arrested two Viet Cong death squads and disrupted a plan to blow up Saigon police headquarters and a jet runway at the U S Airbase. National Police Chief Col.
