Norwalk Human Relations panel reconsiders purpose

Members debated end results and methods while housing subcommittee head John Gerken Jr. outlined low cost housing efforts and federal funding uncertainties. The panel plans to invite city officials to address unpaid bills and finances tied to the pamphlet Norwalk Negroes Pioneer Days to 1967.
