Richard A Forte Porter 52, former Huron County Receiving Home superintendent, died at Blanchard Valley Hospital. Survivors include wife Patricia and three daughters. buried Maple Grove Cemetery Findlay. Cline L Manges 69 Garrett Indiana died visiting Willard. survived by wife Rachael, seven children, eight siblings. Services at Badinger Walter Funeral Home Garrett with local arrangements by Fink Lindsey.
