Man Slain While Waiting For Santa At Higbee’s Store
John E. Fitzpatrick 35 Euclid was stabbed five times by a 21 year old Cleveland man in the Higbee department store line for Santa Claus. The assailant fled after five minutes in line as Fitzpatrick’s wife and three children watched. Fitzpatrick died at St. Vincent Charity Hospital.
