Police blotter reports in Norwalk involve family dispute assault and youth incidents

A Norwalk mother may press charges after a man struck her during a visit. A 15 year old rural Norwalk boy was arrested for disorderly conduct after stealing and drinking alcohol and turning over to parents. A 17 year old Norwalk girl faced interfering with official business for aiding her brother’s arrest. Two runaway teens were found and returned to parents. A Norwalk man was charged with criminal damaging after driving through a lawn at Bouscau Apartments and located at Horseshoe Bar, likely to appear in Municipal Court.

Ge Dumpster Cuts Power and Phone Service Near Norwalk

A southbound semi struck power and telephone lines near the Rustic Hills Motel, tipping on its side and causing outages from Lais Road to the Milan area. About 15 Norwalk Milan residents lost electricity for nearly seven hours while US 250 remained closed most of the night. no injuries were reported.
