Norwalk Council Seeks Columbia Gas Operating Costs
Norwalk City Council plans to press Columbia Gas for operating cost figures for 1974 1975 and 1976 before negotiating a new contract due to expire at year end. The firm says it can provide community specific costs only in contract years and would require data for all 363 communities, not just Norwalk.
