Ohio cigarette tax cap limits price hike to three cents

State Aid Up 86 A Student

Intelsat 4 Satellite In Orbit From Cape Kennedy

A new communications satellite, Intelsat 4, was launched from Cape Kennedy on Sunday night. It entered an egg shaped initial orbit to 22,300 miles high and awaits final orbital insertion.
