Ex City Man Charged In Shooting At Sandusky Laundromat
Two Sandusky women were shot at a laundromat when an armed man demanded money. James Herbert Hyatt, 19, formerly of Norwalk, was arrested and charged with multiple counts including aggravated assault and robbery. The victims, Ella Keys 71 and Joyce Hunter 31, received injuries. Keys in serious condition and Hunter in fair condition. A loaded .32 caliber pistol found on Hyatt matched the weapon used in the attack and had been stolen earlier that morning.

Ohio Edison Names John R. White President and CEO
John R. White, executive vice president of Ohio Edison Co, was elected president and chief executive officer by the board, effective February 1 1975. He succeeds D Bruce Mansfield who retires January 31. Mansfield has led Ohio Edison and chairs the Pennsylvania Power Co board. White, 58, joined in 1953 and rose to general counsel in 1962 and executive vp in 1973. Mansfield joined in 1948 and advanced to president, executive vp, and director in 1960s.
