Norwalk couple John and Margaret Metarko aged 75 and 60 moved from Firelands Village at 26 Spring St on Nov 30 after a eviction over visit limits. They now reside at Norwalk North Apartments on Bouscau Ave in a subsidized family complex with easier grandchild access though the duplex layout poses mobility challenges for Mr Metarko.

Break-in Window Found At Sohio Gas Station
A patrol officer found a 12 inch square window broken at the Sohio Gas Station on Benedict Ave in Norwalk. Station owner Martin Poland was notified but nothing appeared missing. The incident was reported at 2 11 a m. A separate report notes a battery valued at 59 dollars stolen from a van in front of 43 St Marys Street.
