Norwalk police arrested 18 year old Jeffery L. O Dell of 370 Bouscau Avenue on a second theft offense charged in connection with stealing a dirt bike. The bike was taken from 234 East Main Street and later found leaning against O Dell s apartment. He allegedly took the bike Tuesday afternoon and again Wednesday early morning before returning the first bike.
