Multiple traffic crashes and a citizen's naturalization
Several circa Tuesday crashes reported including a Norwalk skidding on ice at East League Street hitting a tree and a collision at Williams and Parsons Streets involving Theresa R Brown and James A Obermiller. Also a Ray C Boardman accident on East Monroe Street and a Willard man charged with DWI after a one car crash. Helen Reddy became a U S citizen and performed at Sybil Brand jail. Mental Health board notes unemployment payment of 1300 and budget moves. Loretta Miller joined the HOY board while Daniel Chesanow resigned to become hospital administrator.
