Monroeville Man Pleads Guilty in Vandalism Case
Joseph A. Ringer aged 18 from Monroeville pleaded guilty in Huron County Common Pleas Court to vandalism and restitution of 3836 dollars to Acme Paving of Greenwich for damage to a dump truck. A companion, John Jaurer 21 of Attica, is jailed on vandalism and unauthorized use charges.
