Foster mother Thelma E. Worcester of North Ridgeville died after a long illness at Elyria Memorial Hospital. She cared for 33 foster children over 30 years and is survived by her husband Rowland and six other relatives. Funeral services are set for Thursday at Bogner Funeral Home.
