In Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Harold W. Schweitzer issued a permanent injunction against Donald D. Britton and Don Britton Enterprises barring any advertising or promotion of their device that enables free long distance calls. Britton’s attorneys consented to the order, which contains no admission of wrongdoing.

Nixon to meet Mills on tax program passage
