Bond Issues in Norwalk School District Outcomes Over 20 Years
The Norwalk School District voters rejected multiple bond proposals from 1947 to 1965, with only a few passing. Several 60 to 65 percent thresholds stymied stadiums, junior highs, and new buildings while some mill levy requests succeeded. Overall 19 of 28 bond/tax votes approved, about 67.8 percent.
