In Chickasha Oklahoma a 16 year old boy is jailed on charges of writing more than 17000 in bad checks and authorities warn the total may reach 30000. Chief Danny Miller said the youth ran a makeshift concrete company from June forging payroll checks and bogus drafts after funding an Oklahoma City nightclub syndicate stake with a 7000 check and covering it with an 8000 fake. Police arrested him Friday and set bond at 7000 while noting the overall hot checks could total 20000 to 30000.
