Eckler outlines EHOVE start and programs for Kiwanis
Paul Eckler told the Norwalk Kiwanis Club EHOVE will begin on a partial basis this year with about 600 students. Applicants choose first or second program preferences and 93 percent receive one of these choices. The district will use matching funds to aid construction and will operate without increasing the 1.25 mills levy. Building progress includes automotive shop ready at opening September 4 with other units to follow. Adult classes and in service training are planned in coming years.
