Willard youth transferred to Lima State Hospital for 30 days

Fritz Kenneth V. Yohnke 23, of Willard, arrested July 31 by Norwalk police on assault charges involving a minor. He pleaded not guilty at Huron County Common Pleas Court arraignment. Yohnke was moved from Huron County Jail to Lima State Hospital for 30 days. Two youths admitted breaking a bottle on Baker St after police and a resident identified them.
