Blind Man Sues Bellevue Owners Over Fall Injury
Greg and Ruth Sharp of Sandusky sue Ames Development Corp and Bellevue Manor owners for 30000 in damages after Sharp, who is blind, tripped on a railroad tie while taking out trash last December and broke his left arm. They claim the firm Beckley Plumbing and Heating moved the tie during snow removal and failed to restore it.
