Donald Mingus a six year old Milan resident was crushed to death when his father Carl Mingus 26 drove a carnival truck forward while the boy slept under the vehicle on a parking lot near a Toledo supermarket. Police report the driver did not see him as he entered the cab. The accident occurred during dismantling at the Deggeller Magic Midway Show.
