The Sheriff of Huron County Ohio announces a public auction on Friday May 14 1965 at 10 00 A M at the Norwalk Court House door for four parcels in Clarksfield and Henrietta townships plus a fifth tract in Henrietta. The sale follows an Atlas order in the Home Savings and Loan Company versus Lillian Cuceo et al case No 31506. The parcels total several hundred acres with detailed metes and bounds and highways reserved. A minimum bid of forty thousand dollars is set and payment is cash on sale. All parcels are subject to legal highways.
