Parents press Norwalk Board over Busco firing claim
Two parents accuse the Norwalk Board of being a rubber stamp and miscommunicating about high school speech teacher Sam Busco. Superintendent Rubright says Busco is being terminated for lack of enrollment and certification limits. The board schedules hearings on staff actions and a student discipline case, while an executive session discussed a graduation issue with three parents.
