Dog at Large Leads to Court for Norwalk Woman
A 72 year old Norwalk woman faces harboring a dangerous animal charge after her unleashed dog Sam bit Charles E. Smith Jr. on Ontario Street while a bag in her possession contained a dead animal. Smith received a leg bruise and puncture, tetanus shot and will seek medical care. Laura Riedy set to appear in Municipal Court April 10.
