Ohioans have until April 28 to write in support of a Public Utilities Commission of Ohio request for a nationwide investigation of the natural gas shortage. PACO Commissioner Sally Bloomfield urged public input to help shape the federal decision, directing letters to The Federal Power Commission in Washington referencing the petition or FPC Docket RP75 67.

Butler County Coroner Dr. Garrett Boone called the Easter Sunday killings of 11 Ruppert family members a deliberate execution carried out in a leisurely fashion by a gunman seated on a davenport. April Fool Gremlin Sells For 99 Cents At Lot
A 1971 AMC Gremlin with a 99 cent price tag appeared at a town used car lot as an April Fool’s prank on Reflector Sports Editor Hank Heilmann. Evelyn Gilbert and Sue Culver borrowed his keys and staged the sale. Heilmann later learned the car was actually in the Ford lot.
