The board of education will hold four West-Northwest Side meetings to explain the Design for the Future plan by Dr. Donald J. Leu. Dr. I Carl Candoli will lead these sessions and 21 other citywide meetings. First at Foreman High tomorrow at 1 30 p m for Portage Park Dunning and Belmont Cragin areas. Then at Austin High at 7 30 p m for Austin and Montclare groups. Orr High will host a 1 30 p m Sept 11 for Humboldt Park and West and East Garfield Park communities. A 7 30 p m Oct 17 session at Nixon School covers Hermosa and Logan Square.

The Westside Dog Training Club hosts free obedience classes at La Follette Park 1:30 and 3 p.m. this Saturday and Sept 14. Keleny drops a 1.25 million libel and harassment suit against NCO and 16 officers. Second Annual Art Fair Set For Sept. 15
The Organization for a Better Austin Art committee will hold its second annual Austin Art Fair from noon to dusk on Sept. 15 outdoors between Race Street Central and Parkside. The event features an Art Fair with music, an international pastry table, and exhibits from the Austin summer art workshop and other community displays. A core feature is an auction of donated artwork to fund a permanent Austin art workshop.
