Psychic links in 1983 Brunswick murder case
The former medical examiner sent bones to the state anatomy board for destruction. Pecans color slides were taken, enabling a full size two dimensional head sketch. FBI says it is building the portrait as detectives seek identity for Geraldine Butts, a Brunswick resident killed after being forced into a trunk by a traveling companion. The psychic asserts a murder, details a violent relationship, and urges the witness to come forward. Investigators consider West Virginia origins and plan to publish the FBI sketch in newspapers there.
